Arise Builds with a Mission
Arise Builds was formed in the fall of 2016 by Gene & Linda Davis, as an extension of their 30 plus years in the building industry. Based in Round Hill, Virginia, the company specializes in custom projects both large and small with a focus on making the building process enjoyable for both client and builder. Building a new home or remodeling a current home is a big investment in time and money, but we believe the challenges can be met with a team approach and people that enjoy the building process.
We have an open process and believe that an informed customer will be a satisfied customer. We work with Vendors, Suppliers & Subcontractors that we personally know and have done business with over the years. Each project we take on is unique and we look forward to achieving the goals for the project while also providing a good experience for all involved.
A percentage of profits from this company go towards local, national and global projects for humanitarian aid and projects that invest in underdeveloped and struggling communities. Arise Builds believes in every small step that helps make the world a better place.

Our Team
Gene Davis has his Class A Contractors License for Virginia. He has been a Project Manager and Supervisor for several companies over the past thirty years, including a long time run at Potomac Valley Builders where he oversaw many award-winning custom home projects and unique home renovations on historic properties. With Budgets modest and large, he worked with Architectural Firms in the Metropolitan DC areas and has worked with many local Subcontractors, Vendors and Building Supply companies.
He has also invested time in Burke Homes, Toll Brothers, Larock Builders and Winn Design Build, all located in the Northern Virginia and tri-state area.
Linda Davis has supported building projects for several companies over the past 10 years in various roles.
